At Muchild, lessons are planned in a mix of formality and creativity with teachers preparing their materials to cater for different learning styles. Lessons are hands-on and use a variety of methods such as visuals, and technology to inspire more active participation. English teachers, for instance, were noted to use videos, worksheets, and the Web as facilitation for students in the proper grasp of concepts. Some were keen on letting students select the presented final output of projects in a way that needs creativity or self-expression. Such enhancements keep lessons current and linked to intrinsic student needs.
